Our Story
Helping hospitals get more life out of the furniture they already own
One platform to track, reuse, and redistribute furniture across your facility — cutting waste and new-furniture spend along the way.

Our Story
Started with one overcrowded storage corridor
We started small — helping one hospital's facilities team figure out what furniture it already had sitting in storage before approving another purchase order. The response made it obvious there was a real gap: nobody had a reliable way to see what furniture existed across departments, in what condition, or where it was.
Today, that same idea powers a full furniture management platform: a live catalog by category and location, a request workflow to move items between departments, and tracking across the entire lifecycle — from intake, through repair and reupholstery, to eventual decommissioning.
Why Healthcare, Specifically
FMS is built only for hospitals and health systems — not a general facilities or asset-management tool adapted for healthcare. That focus means every part of the platform, from condition grading to the request workflow, is designed around how hospital facilities teams actually operate: multi-department coordination, infection-control-aware handling between uses, and furniture that has to meet clinical-environment durability standards. Staying healthcare-only lets our team build deep domain expertise instead of spreading thin across unrelated industries.
Our mission is to help hospitals reduce furniture waste and cost by giving facilities teams full visibility into what they already own — and a simple way to reuse it.
Built for hospital facilities teams
FMS gives your team one live catalog of the furniture your hospital already owns — searchable by category, condition, and location — plus a simple request workflow to move it where it's needed.
Reuse before you replace
Every item is tracked through its working life. Before a new purchase order goes out, facilities teams can check whether an existing item can be relocated, repaired, or reupholstered instead.
Full lifecycle visibility
Inventory, tracking, moving, reupholstery, repair, and decommissioning are all managed in one system, so nothing falls through the cracks between departments.
Accountability, by design
Every request moves through the same review pipeline — submitted, reviewed, approved, in progress, completed — so any team member can see exactly where a request stands.
404 furniture units kept in service through reuse
Every item relocated, repaired, or reupholstered instead of discarded extends its useful life by years — a small operational shift with an outsized environmental impact at scale.
Leadership Team
A team built around hospital facilities operations, not general asset management.

From Facilities Teams
What Facilities Teams Say
“We refreshed two floors using furniture that was already sitting in storage in our own network. The request, estimate and delivery were all tracked in one place.”
